Information Collection Policy
Upon registering a user account in the Deepengine platform, you will be asked to submit some personal information. The personal information that Deepengine collects includes your name, email address, and telephone number. Further information provided directly to Deepengine includes the 'Targets' belonging to the user's organization, which are entered into the platform for scanning. All personal information relating to payment card and banking information is handled by our third-party providers 'Stripe' and 'GoCardless' and is not stored by Deepengine. Any personal information provided to Stripe or GoCardless through Deepengine will be subject to Stripe's/GoCardless' privacy policies and terms of use that are available on the Stripe and GoCardless websites.
Deepengine may also collect other information that does not reveal specific individual identity, such as browser or device information, information collected through cookies and other technologies that are used to facilitate the operation of Deepengine's platform and for other business purposes.
Deepengine may also identify and log automatically in our servers, or in third-party log files, IP Addresses whenever you access our site, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) visited. Through normal use of Deepengine's service, vulnerability scanning data is collected and reports are generated which contain information related to your organization's systems. All reports generated as part of the service will be stored by Deepengine for the sole purpose of making the reports available to you. This information will not be shared with any third-party under any circumstances.
